Dear Yogis,

I have had a wonderful, surprising birthday “week”.  I think we are all done now.  We have gone through Christmas, New Year and my birthday (Valentine’s day is coming up although Coles is stocking hot cross buns!).  I planned to hide away, but thank you so much to those students and friends who determined there was another way,  and brought the party to me.  Now we can get back to what we do best (I am not too good at parties, but loved them this time), The Studio.

 

Our YOGA CLASSES ETC

BACH FLOWER REMEDIES.  I can determine these by pendulum, or you can come for a consult or on zoom.  I can post or you can collect the remedy.  I make all my remedies, on the basis that a plant grown in the UK, USA or China is totally different energetically to a plant that I have gathered and processed around our town.  No travel, individual, and much more powerful in its effect.  Please contact me and we will work together.  I have found Bach remedies to be much more effective than ANYTHING else in combatting the after effects of covid or (in my case) the covid vaccinations.

Our ZOOM HERBAL CLASSES started on the 9th January.  

PLEASE BOOK for any of the classes (or consults) to suit you.  The studio classes are  small classes, and just joining in may not be possible, some are full.

CLASS TIMES:   Monday Hatha 1pm and 2.15, Wed. Restorative 1pm –   I am also thinking of a Saturday morning YOGA class, although I do have to accomodate a gallery obligation one morning a month – tricky but we can manage, maybe Saturday afternoon would be better?. 

FREE ZOOM HERBAL WORKSHOP.  Mondays at 6.30 on zoom.

ZOOM – YOGA FOR DISABILITY – Please register your interest – Maybe a Thursday or Friday evening zoom would suit us all.  Let me know or I will make an executive decision.   The zoom will include the book.

YOGA LUNCH.  12 NOON ON FRIDAY 27TH JANUARY AT THE “FULL MOON” (Not “Lone Star”, not “Blue Moon”), restaurant next to the Victoria Hotel in Woodend.  It looks like a Western Saloon…..  I lunched there the other weekend and it was great.  A surprise.  Even if you can’t join us, please try it.  I have booked for the usual group, if you would like to join us and haven’t before, please contact me so we can add you to the table and make sure there is room for an extra chair with no squeeze.

 

SCHOOL TERMS AND PAYMENT… 

OPTION 1.  The Official School Term  starts on the 3oth January and finishes on the 6th April – which we also call a TERM. If you want to start again on 30th January (a Monday) and finish on the 6th April,  then the cost for the term is $220.

OPTION 2. However, If you want to pay for the entire time from the 9th January to the 6th April, (a lengthier term) the cost is $270.

OPTION 3. There is still the option to pay 4 CONSECUTIVE classes at a time $88 – with this option if you don’t come to class you lose your payment, although you can make up a class in the same week.
