The YOGA LUNCH WAS TERRIFIC – EVERY MONTH MORE YOGIS TURN UP… thank you everyone! It is lovely to touch base.
The weather has been wet and not lovely, but better than fire danger every day.
I had to get the gutter under the driveway cleared, luckily before the big rain during the night. Slowly, slowly I am getting the house waterproofed, and understanding of how the water works. When you all get back to yoga in the new year I will be more on top of things. I will also have a regular art show here. I am busy busy until March next year, and even that is disappearing. Not a bad thing. It would be awful to be wondering what to do?
AS THE FIRST “ARTIST IN RESIDENCE” I WILL BE DEMONSTRATING MY WORK AT “DROMKEEN GALLERY” IN RIDDELLS CREEK, Every Saturday and Sunday in December and early January from 2 to 4pm each day. A different topic each weekend.
I have also done a few darns as you can see if you have been following insta. Lovely holes in beautiful fabrics, and now an antique shawl. As usual matching wool to the article is the hardest aspect of a mend now there are fewer wool shops we can visit to get the perfect shade. If you have a beautiful garment with nasty holes and want it mended I can help…email yogafirst2@bigpond.com
MERIDIANS AND MONDAY ZOOM: Tonite we are going to explore Meridians (again). I started exploring this topic for teacher training recently (a 500hour certificate class) and once again became both enthused and mesmerised. I hope that this topic can have the same effect on you. If you are not on my list and would like to come, please email me and I will send you a link. I do not record – I want to see and talk to you.
YOGA – WHAT’S ON…..
YOGA LUNCH at the VIC. 12 noon SUNDAY 29th NOVEMBER – Mark it in your diary. It will be the last one until January.
WAMM – The Woodend Art Market. You will need to pop in and enjoy the vibe, and as far as I can tell it is on Saturday 28th November 10 am to 2pm. I will be there. I will be taking bookings for tarot and numerology.
MONDAY: Hatha yoga 10.30, Restorative yoga 1pm, Zoom 6.30.
WEDNESDAY: Chair Yoga 10am Here at the studio. 1pm Studio Restorative Yoga as usual.
FRIDAY: 1pm Studio Yoga

DROMKEEN – An ongoing exhibition of a range of my work throughout the year, plus I will be working there as “Artist in Residence” over DECEMBER, every Saturday and Sunday afternoon 2pm to 4pm – demonstrations and sales. Do drop in for a chat.
