Have been slaving away, and still have not done a big newsletter, so thought I would remind everyone of these two things… and the real newsletter will go out tomorrow.
- HOLIDAYS: The school holidays are nearly here. The last classes of this term will be Saturday 29th June. First class of next term – Saturday 13th July.
- SHEPPARTON: I am holding a Masterclass in Shepparton on the 23rd of this month. At the Carrington Hotel between 2pm and 4pm. Please come, and bring a friend. The cost $20 for the two hour Masterclass. The Carrington is a favourite of mine, and I am looking forward to being back there. The topic will be THE YOGA OF HEMP. The relevance of the Endocannabinoid system to EVERYTHING yogic. It will cover Hypermobility, the CSF, and of course how to stay well healthy and happy. See you there.
