Dear Yogis,

DON’T FORGET.  MY EXHIBITION AND RELEASE OF MY “TAROT FOR THE BLIND” OPENS AT 6PM THIS FRIDAY THE 14TH MARCH, AT THE OLD AUCTION HOUSE GALLERY IN KYNETON.

I want you to know that I don’t think of myself as an angel, neither as a saint or a guru.  I think of myself as a woman who understands all too well “calls for help” because I have been there.    What I do now (and have done for a very long time) is to work with people by showing them how to cross the bridges that are separating them from their lives.

One time after Jesse’s birth I was plain overweight, aching, not coping.  Because nothing was helping I sat in a cupboard and cried for days.

But I changed, I learned you can’t become the person you want to be by battling these issues with toxic medications.  My way worked, I threw the scales away,  I have guided  many,  many folk and showed them how they can change too.

The techniques I use are profound and simple, gentle yoga, meditation, ritual and nutrition.  I love doing this because I know that this threefold spiritual process has the power to transform your spirit and help heal your body.

At a certain point, you will understand as I have what it means to be toxic, what it means to be in pain, what it means to be overweight.  For me it was terrifying.  I realised that if I was going to heal, it would not be because of willpower or giving up foods or things.  What I needed to do was surrender.

Most folk wake up every morning with the equivalent of a hangover – a toxic hangover.  We try and live full lives, make good decisions, but we are always battling mental fog and pain.  We rarely have the good energy we want and need.

The decision to change and detox needs courage but the results are extraordinary – there are challenges.  When your body and your spirit are in alignment there is clarity and balance.  Suddenly your choices become very clear.

If this is you,  make an appointment to chat.
