Dear Yogis,

I am getting my new wall furnace this week… maybe Wednesday!! So good.  It is a bit coolish around here as you can imagine.  I have the best plumber – he is so on the ball (Guy from New Gisborne Plumbing.  Always on time, on budget, and doesn’t need to come back to fix things.  He does them right the first time).

ZOOM/STUDIO THIS WEEK
STUDIO CLASSES are back with limits.  Yoga classes in the strict are back on and I can take a maximum of THREE in our small space. It isn’t much, but it is something, and we will go with this.  Masks, sanitising, Qcode…  All of these things apply.  If you are doing restorative, please bring covers for the props (or your own props).  No Casuals – booking required.
MONDAY 1pm, WEDNESDAY 5.30, FRIDAY 5.30

ZOOM CLASSES
Monday 6.30  Mary Magdalen Free Class
Tuesday 7.30 CCP/The Tibetan Books of Living and Dying (changed from Mary Magdalen Class which ended last week)
Friday 6.45 Free Tarot Class

ZOOM DEATH CAFE.  These meetings happen around the world, and I have encouraged our CCP students to start one among their own students.  It is a cafe time (coffee and cakes) on zoom to talk about death and dying.  If you would like to join one with me, then let me know.

If you want to start one of your own.  Please go to DEATH CAFE.COM they have all the start up guides you will need to start a cafe of your own.  I would love to hear that you have taken the plunge.  The CCP SANGHA is a good place to go and chat to get help and just talk through the process.

It will be good when we can have actual, real time, real coffee, real DEATH CAFE time.

THE CCP/TIBETAN BOOK OF THE DEAD CLASS:
The last class was fantastic.  We discussed everything from “Magic Mushrooms”, to “Holosync” to Death Cafes and a heap in between.  The class went off enthused with things to do in the community, to explore their own their own zoom cafe…  In Covid and when it ends there will be a heap of things in the community for the CCP group to be involved in.

When we are actually in the Covid lockdowns then we manage, but when the pressure is off we realise what we have lost (or the difficulties we need to overcome), and then help is needed more than ever.  Be there to give that help.  It is no longer theoretical, it is actually here and I predict there is a way to go.  Are you prepared?  Are you doing all you can do for your community or extended family.  My Studio is my extended family.

Let us help you to help others?

I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ON ZOOM.

NAMASTE.  JAHNE
