BACK HOME TO THE STUDIO:
Welcome, welcome to all those who are coming home to the studio, it is just like old times. Last week we even got the yoga swings out of mothballs, and had a swinging time.
THE YOGA OF FOOD.
Starting Saturday 6th October at 4pm I am doing a workshop on KOMBUCHA. I have made it for years, and have been asked to teach my yoga students – so I am making time. The cost will be $20 which is the same as a yoga class. You will get to take home instructions, a ‘scobie’ or the magic mushroom which does all the chemistry, and turns the drink into a probiotic. It will save you heaps. For about $1 you will be able to make about 1.5 litres (three wine bottles full), as opposed to the $5 to $7 a small half bottle of the chemistry experiment that is called KOMBUCHA in Coles.
If this class is a success we will do a class on Yoghurt, making your own medicines and more. All easy, all designed to help you become more self-sufficient and save you money. And who doesn’t want that? It’s up to you.
ART HEALS
I am progressing well with my BUDDHA PROJECT. A Buddha a day, and as you know, I am also teaching painting.
TUESDAYS from7pm- 9pm. Painting on wood. Mandala/Buddhas.
COST $250 for 5 classes –
All materials will be provided.
By the end of the class you will have a unique image to take home, and frame to put in your own meditation room. Maybe good enough, stunning enough to be an heirloom. No painting experience needed. If you are nimble enough to sign your own name, you can do these classes.
FRIDAYS 6.30 Ladies painting Nite.
Cost $30 per session. This can include Sumii or acrylics, oil pastels, or pencils.
SATURDAYS AT 9am (followed by yoga at 10am)
Cost $30 per session. SUMII (ZEN YOGA) BRUSHPAINTING – “ONE BREATH ONE LINE”
This is the traditional painting on rice paper. Grind the ink, use the brush, paint the painting….. Sounds easy, BUT as in yoga, the foundations are everything. People who follow the class with a yoga session are more concentrated, more focused.
THE ALCHEMIST ART STORE in Sunbury. Saturday 6th October at 4pm.
The store is in the same shopping centre as Aldi in Gap Rd. Right next door to the Asian Food store. I found it , so it can’t be that hard. Turn at the lights beside Aldi, go right to the end of the strip and do a hard right to the lower level. Bingo! there it is!
I will be teaching a free class in Oil Pastels and Gouache. If you like my mandalas and Buddhas on wood, then come along and discover my techniques. I will show you how to prepare the boards, everything. No need to book, there is lots of room.
THE LATEST ART SHOW at RED in Woodend – THE REVELATION TAROT.
OUR ON-GOING EXHIBITION AT RED RESTAURANT IN WOODEND (they have abbreviated hours in the winter, but will be open longer hours as the weather warms up). Original framed tarot – This cannot be repeated. If you are unable to come to the show, and would like to buy a framed card, you can, just let me know which is your favourite card and I will put it away for you – all $175 plus postage. You can come and collect it, or I can post it – although they are framed, so not inexpensive to post.

MY PENDULUM
Our classes on a Sunday have been fantastic. Don’t hold back – come. You have missed the introductory sessions, but the 420 for what may turn out to be an hour+ of really good usable information, is good value. It will save you heaps in other ways. Please… if you want a session, WE CAN DO. Even at a distance. We can identify additional minerals and supplements, balance your diet, test for food sensitivities…. Health, business whatever. $55 one question, $75 two questions $150 for a general life reading for people who are stuck. All prices are studio prices, extra for travel).
On the farm I never made a change without dowsing first. If you want to see if it makes a difference go see what the farm has become without the magic of dowsing – it is a dying jungle.
If you want a life reading, your house made well from underground streams or geopathic stress, or want your garden explored for sculpture, rock or major tree placement sites… I can help you. THE UNITING CHURCH.
Monday morning I spend time between classes helping clear a backlog of donated op-shop items at The Uniting Church. It is great fun.
Come to yoga at 11am, then come to our COMMUNITY LUNCH on Mondays at 12 noon, followed by 1pm meditation – and if you are having a struggle to make ends meet, then come and shop at THE FOOD BANK (they have things like coffee, trail mix, soup, powdered milk…) amazing things that you will use and need – the usually expensive things. If you don’t use them guess what, they will probably be used a animal food or trashed. These items are such a help, please, please become a “customer” otherwise the doors will close (that applies to the FREE yoga too).

COST: Yoga $20 per Class Or CLASS PASS – $135 per 10 CONSECUTIVE classes (students of the studio for 3 years or more). New students: $165 per 10 class pass (normally $200) After 3 years as a student, the cheaper rate will apply.

Please, Please – Park on white gravel in front of the studio. Snuggle up to my car – if you are coming to class, then I am not going anywhere! I had the gravel area made especially so that it would be easier for you! If there is no room, then park in the drive-way directly opposite in front of double grey garage rolladoors. Not in front of neighbours driveways please.

I write books to help you. Please download them, and then please use them in answering your modules. Please never imagine that I don’t read your modules – I do. If you misquote, I will pick it up. What will you find on ETSY? YAMAS, CHAKRAS, HYPERMOBILITY, THE FIVE TIBETANS AND TEMPLATES and more. There are lots of books there to help you in your progress to graduation. If you do your course WITHOUT reading the hypermobility books, you will find your work being questioned.
