Dear Yogis,

What a fabulous week.  Fantastic catch ups with students/graduates coming back for refresher courses, paintings sold, cards sold and tarot/numerology readings booked.  I had a numerology horoscope made for me in 1990(!!) and here we are in 2026 and I still consult it.  It was accurate regarding attitudes, interests, preferences, and where my gifts would be best employed (I exercise them all).

Although the economy is not positive, I am and you should be too.  We have been here before, and we will find ourselves here again and we have survived.  When I have spoken with people whose families who went through the Great Depression, the stories are so uplifting about families who not only survived but thrived.  First requirement – POSITIVITY.  The only secret you will meet that means anything….  If you don’t think you will win, survive and thrive then guess what – you won’t.

YOGA –  WHAT’S ON…..

YOGA LUNCH at the VIC.  12 noon SUNDAY 25TH OCTOBER.  Mark it in your diary.

WAMM – The Woodend Art Market.  You will need to pop in and enjoy the vibe,  and as far as I can tell it is on Saturday 24th October 10 am to 2pm.  I will be there.  I will be taking bookings for tarot and numerology.

MONDAY:  Hatha yoga 10.30, Restorative yoga 1pm, Zoom 6.30.

WEDNESDAY: Chair Yoga 10am Here at the studio.  1pm Studio Restorative Yoga as usual.

FRIDAY:1pm Studio Yoga – new time.

MT.MACEDON GALLERY.  I am there the 1st Sunday mornings and the 2nd Sunday morning in each month – they also stock a variety of my work, cards, originals and prints.
ART ON PIPER – Exhibition of  sumi art on tea bag papers open and available NOW.  I will be there all day on the 29th October and would love to show you the latest
DROMKEEN – An ongoing exhibition of a range of my work throughout the year, plus I will be working there as “Artist in Residence”  over Christmas, every Saturday and Sunday afternoon –  demonstrations and sales. Do drop in for a chat.
