THE VIRUS

Apart from some words of wisdom about toilet paper I have been watching and waiting to see how this progresses.  My grandfather died in the Spanish flue in 1918 in the UK.  I am sure that the fact there were no antibiotics, and the populations of Europe were undernourished had something to do with the fact it lasted half the time we presume Corona virus will, and killed twice the number of people.

Here below ARE MY OPINIONS about the current virus (they may not be yours).

This virus like every virus is an opportunist.  It takes advantage of prevailing conditions, and right now the prevailing conditions as far as I am concerned are these because each of these compromises our immune system.

  1. MASS ECO-ANXIETY. The bushfires, the floods, the economy and now the community results of the virus itself.
  2. GRIEF: We know that the virus is attracted to a majority of males and older members of society.  Males in particular hold onto grief and sadness, even about their very first date! Believe it.  Both Anxiety and Grief lowers your resistance to infection.
  3. THE PROLIFERATION OF 5G. We could  soon be swimming in a sea of 5G frequencies.  This is much different that 3G or 4 G.  The areas where the virus is most virulent are also the areas which have the highest concentration of 5G towers.  Check.  China, Spain, Italy, Iran….   What difference does this make? 5G LOWERS YOUR IMMUNITY to infections and disease, it also increases the virulence of virus, and bacteria .

     The area where this virus started and is most virulent in China has over 10,000 5G towers, and the areas   which are locked down around the world have the most dense proliferation of 5G towers.  Check!

  1. POOR EATING HABITS. We have moved from diets that support our immune systems to diets which contains mainly flour, fat and sugar.  Until we change, we will have no resistance to this and other virus.

All of the above are making a perfect storm in which the virus can thrive.

There is another aspect of this virus.  SARS as we know was man made.  I am reliably informed that the area where this Corona Virus first appeared contains China’s largest bio-hazard chemical facility, and we weren’t told about the “escape” until China could no longer hide it.  Thank goodness for the whistle blower, otherwise it would have taken much longer for China to ‘fess up.

Although it is not something we like to think about, I am told that America spent approx.. $100billion on bio-warfare last year.  I am not sure about Australia… but you can be sure there is something going on.

This doesn’t change the fact that we have to deal this virus personally and now, irrespective of it origin.

 

WHAT CAN WE DO.

DIET:  I have been saying this for years, and I am now running foraging classes.  Our gardens produce greens in season when our body needs it.  Right now my garden is supplying my needs every day.  I get my greens from what other people call weeds.

DANDELION, YARROW, WILD PARSLEY, WILD MUSTARD, PSYLLIUM, PLANTAGO, DOG ROSE (ESSENCE AND HIPS), HERB ROBERT, COMFREY, CELERY HERB, THYME, CHIVES, SHALLOTS…. POTATOES and more.

5G:  Talk to your local council members, talk to the sustainability groups in your area, get groups together to resist 5G.  I am sure there are technology reasons we should have it, but there are many human reasons that make it very dangerous at this level.  And we don’t get to choose once it is here.  Even if we don’t have 5G on our computers, we will be swimming in the vibrations.

CRYSTALS and EMF:  I never thought I would say this but, I now have a black obsidian around my neck.  I am told it resists negative vibrations.  Whatever it does, I must say to you that the moment I put it on I felt a lightness I find hard to rationally explain.  I can say I am not removing it.  I have ordered some, and will make them into pendants so that you can have one too.  Please order your ahead of time as I am sure like toilet paper, there will be a run…

ESSENCES:  We all know that ROSE HIPS are fabulous, and they are in the gardens, hedgerows, and in paddocks RIGHT NOW.  Get them before the birds do.   I am making the syrup and the powder.  I am also making an essence and if possible I urge you to do the same.  Or get mine.

SUPPLEMENTS:   Vitamin C is the most important – and if you contract the virus, ask for intravenous VitC.  It works. Everyday, take enough that your motions get very loose – this shows that your body is saturated.  Then keep taking Vit C, but a bit less.  Extras….  Thiamin, Vit D, Selenium, Zinc and magnesium.  Use your pendulum to discover the doses for you.

If you start with some of these, as well as the “namaste” greeting, no kissing, etc etc…you will be protecting yourself.  No use if you nick off for a beef burger  on the way to the Chemist.

YOGA:  Even the meditation, breathing, and gentle yoga stretching daily will help build resistance.

MY DAY

My day begins with meditation (or as my friend called it – “reverie”), yoga, then shower, moisturise, then breakfast (including my vitamin regime), then computer.  I used to listen to the radio but it is so full of corona virus news I don’t.

Here is something to think  about – there is a group which collects influenza facts in Australia (called Influenza Specialist Group) .

These are the facts according to this group – In Australia, influenza (not Corona Virus) on average causes 3,500 deaths,4 about 18,000 hospitalisations and 300,000 GP consultations2 each year.  And as far as I know, thus far, knowing these freely available facts,  which we are told every year – no-one has stockpiled toilet paper, laid up groceries, or done anything more drastic than perhaps eating more vitaminC, generally being more mindful, and maybe having their flu shots.

How many people have died in Australia to date from Corona Virus? FOUR (4), as opposed to 3,500 deaths from the flu.   Get a grip gang.   Whichever you get, flu or corona, neither is terrific and we can all take precautions and should.  Stockpiling toilet paper is not the answer.  I know the year is not up, however, we are so aware, everyone is concerned, everyone is doing all they can to protect themselves (maybe).   Hopefully there will be fewer flu deaths too this year.

Last year I caught a cold from a woman who joined me at a table in the local cafe.  It was packed and she sat in front of me – the only spare chair, breathing, sneezing, obviously with a temperature and being unwell – she should have been at home.  I went straight home and headed to the vitamin C.  I took it until I could poop through a keyhole, and took super zinc and VitA.  I did get the snuffles, but it could have been worse.  You have to be vigilant, aware, and ACT.

Generally though, if this has taught us anything it is that we all have to be more independent, less dependent on the stores.  If you want to feel you are not tied to the stores, then come to our WILD AND WEEDY WORKSHOP this Sunday at 2pm.  We had someone who just couldn’t wait and turned up last Sunday.  I love that enthusiasm!!!.

Learning to forage, be more green, eco-cooking, even how to have an ECO-WEDDING.  Your future life will not be more beautiful if you start it neck deep in wedding debt.  It doesn’t mean you will have a “poor” disappointing  wedding (birthday or other function), it can still be beautiful, romantic and meaningful, but it won’t cost the earth and will have a small footprint on the earth.  We can all go gently into the future.

 

TAROT READING CLASSES/PENDULUM:  

Hello – Hello.  Our next training class starts on the 14th of March at 2pm.  We already have pre-bookings, yes, there is room for you.  When you know how to use your pendulum (and yes, you will learn how to make all different kinds)  you can decide on  how many vitamins to use, what yoga classes to go to or include in your offerings, and how to deal with unforeseen circumstances.

HEALING SICK HOUSES is something that can be achieved with Dowsing Rods and/or pendulum, and is a subject we will be touching on.  ENERGY SAVING around the home is another subject.  Pendulums can take the mystery out of these decisions.

 

CHAIR YOGA:

I think I am going to be the resident yoga maven at the Neighbourhood House every Tuesday and Friday morning, it is such fun and I just love everyone there.  It is such a vibrant centre with so many lovely and giving people.  Who wouldn’t like that?  You will know where to find me on these two mornings.

 

REGISTRATIONS/MODULES ETC.

Thank you all those students who have re-registered.  Please support us as we support you.  We had someone this week who came back to us after a four year absence, and only up to module 6.  When you spread that out it is module a year.  Did we take her back?  Sure.  She really wanted to come back, registered, and signed up for the videos (it is our principle request when you have been away for a long time and I believe shows good faith and a desire to really move forward).

The journal pages to help you are on Etsy.  They match the to-do things I encourage you to journal every day to complete your yoga teacher training,  They can be totalled and used to compile your passport, which is s stumbling block for some students, but necessary to get better marks at the end of the course.  No Passport? No distinction!  Simple.

 

 MASSAGE:

Busy, busy but there is always room for you.  Please email me to book.  As in the tarot – my heart, my intuition leads.  I do not do massage “by the book”.  My advice?  First, EAT THE BOOK.

 

PAST LIFE CONSULTATIONS:

Do you live in confusion.  Would you like to know who you were before you were you (who wouldn’t).  Come see me.  It has made a huge difference to the life, and the health of people who have taken the plunge.  It is not about being Cleopatra or Anthony, it is about finding out what motivates you.  Leaving onfusion behind.

There have been changes, I have dropped a few studio classes to allow me to do more  CHAIR YOGA CLASSES.  Re-instating the Wednesday 6.30 HATHA Class at the Studio due to requests. All on the Web Site.  Go to www.yogabeautiful.com.au  for classes.

Yoga $20 per Class Or  CLASS PASS – $135 per 10 CONSECUTIVE classes (students of the studio for 3 years or more – ex-Bentinck).   New students: $165 per 10 class pass (normally $200)  After 3 years as a student, the cheaper rate will apply.

CHAIR YOGA – $15 per class.

 

UNITING CHURCH CLASSES Next door to the Police Station, Forest Road, Woodend.  Monday: 12noon FREE lunch. (The 1pm yoga is held at the Studio in Woodend, not at the Church.  It can be Hatha, or restorative according to what students want and need on the day).

 

MONTHLY TEACHER TRAINING AT THE HOME STUDIO:  DATE of the next Teacher Training:   Sunday 5th April,  2pm to 4pm  at my home studio (37 Morris Road in Woodend. There is no need to book. Bring writing materials, and be early. If you are a Yoga Teacher Training student then the cost of the afternoon is $20.  This fee applies to everyone. (Visitors are welcome – even those not yet in teacher training – $30).

BENDIGO Teacher Training classes – The Next class is 7th in April at 3.30pm. Crusoeden Health.  Turn at the Metricon building on the highway in Kangaroo Flat just up from Bunnings on the same side.

PARKING HOME STUDIO – 37 Morris Road, Woodend. 

If you come to my home studio for yoga or massage or anything – Please, Please – Park on white gravel in front of the studio.  I had it made especially so that it would be easier for you! If there is no room, then park in the drive-way directly opposite. Not in front of neighbours driveways, on the road, or on nature-strips please.
