Dear Yogis,

What a wonderful lunch.  We had the biggest turn up we have had since before covid.  Thank you everyone who came and made it special.  We have got the next one organised for the 29th June, and as usual teacher training afterwards.  It fits.  You can come to the lunch, and then take the 5 minute drive to the studio for class.

I teach how to teach, and a little bit of what to teach.  Its all about helping you build you business in these trying times – what could be a boom time if you focus your yoga to people who really need it.  I loved the poster to the left – it was an older one, but could be still relevant today if I had time.

Yoga goes on.  Thank goodness our student teachers and graduates are moving towards more remedial and rehab styles, not just bending and stretching.  There is a huge need for teachers to deal with these growth areas, and you could be one.  There is huge demand and few practitioners.  Those people, like me, are booked out, and I could even take up travelling around again, but luckily there is enough at home to have me busy.  I am not  booked for twelve years into the future like Dolores Cannon, but certainly far enough ahead to give a certain feeling of security rare in yoga.

YOGA MONTHLY LUNCH: The last weekend in June – the 29th,   at The Victoria Hotel (hardly anything else is open for lunch) at 12 noon.   It is quieter then, and if there are enough of us we can get the room at the back, although I do like an ordinary table rather than the big table – I like to be able to chat with you all, not just the persons beside me.
