TEACHER TRAINING THIS SUNDAY 2 TO 4 – PLUS AN EXTRA SESSION TO START AT 12 TO 2PM
CLASS 12 TO 2: The ENDOCANNABINOID system, hypermobility and yoga. If you are staying on for both sessions, don’t forget to bring an energy bar or two.
FROM 2 TO 4: The Teacher Training will incorporate Restorative yoga – THE INNER JOURNEY. There are a couple of questions we will look at. What is the difference that allows some people to be fabulous teachers with masses of pupils? and secondly – WHAT IS THE POINT? If ambition often leads to disappointment – why pursue excellence? What is Beginners Mind?
STUDIO PARKING: Please park on the while gravel. All welcome.
COST: Teacher Training 2 to 4 pm Students $20 Visitors $30. Extra Class 12 to 2pm: by donation.
