HERE IS A SORY ABOUT RUMI:
RUMI was working with his disciples in the desert in a small monastery. Some travellers passed by, saw the little group, and out of curiosity they stopped and went in. They saw that in the courtyard Rumi is sitting and a class is in progress. The students are asking questions and Rumi is answering. They sat with the group but soon got fed up with the strange questions and even stranger answers and moved on.
After years of travelling and going nowhere they came back and stopped to see what was happening. Only Rumi was left – he was still sitting, and there were no disciples, no class. The travelling group were shocked. Where was everyone? What had happened?
They asked Rumi “What happened?” Rumi answered them “This is my whole life, my whole work. I crushed all their questions, and now they have no questions so I have told them – Go out and do the same, teach others, crush their questions, and if you find somebody who cannot understand, someone you find too difficult, send them back to me.”
Because when all the questions are removed, you are again a child, utterly innocent. Then your mind is bound to be silent, and there is no possibility of it being disturbed….and
Only the hand of God can remove the burden of your heart.
Be silent,
The One who has seen the beloved’s ocean
Cannot and should not be roaming around a stream.
Be silent,
Since the silent one will make everyone to taste, taste, taste this wine.
I took a vow of silence and my tongue is tied
Yet still,
I am the speaker without speech
Tonight.
(from the poetry of Rumi)
This is the answer.
SEE YOU ON THE MAT.
NAMASTE. JAHNE

The photo above shows you the little studio where I paint and draw my miniatures. When I sit at my lovely desk it makes me feel like drawing – and I do. I did the FENG SHUI with my pendulum years ago (and check every now and then to make sure the energy has not changed) and discovered the best places to do yoga, paint, write, massage, plus where to place chairs, the desk, install heaters so they would be more efficient and so on. I check most things with the pendulum if I am having troubles concentrating or producing the work easily. If the energy of the room is wrong, I can’t do the work. Have you checked your rooms?
The first thing we can work on is the breath. Everything begins and ends there.
