Dear Yogis,

It has been very chilly up our way, and the cat has been letting me know she is not a fan of cold mornings.  She spends a lot of time in the morning UNDER the wood heater, mid-day in her “anxiety bed” and after tea in her fur igloo where she stays until about 6am.  I think when I come back I will come back as a cay in a welcoming, safe household.

Osteo Yoga is getting really good results.  It is a blend of yoga movements, physio movements, and things I have learned work over time.  I wonder if you have considered adding it to your classes.  It is worthwhile.  Email me if you would like some information.  I am going to teach it on zoom when I work out some free time for a short class.  I am also going to put a guide booklet up on etsy.

MONDAY:  10.30 Studio Hatha yoga.   No change at 1pm (apart from adding 10minutes of Osteo Yoga – our newest offering),then Zoom 6.30.

TUESDAY:  Gentle yoga (plus osteo) at 1pm

WEDNESDAY: Chair Yoga 10am here at the studio.  1pm Studio Yoga as usual.

FRIDAY:1pm Studio Yoga

TAROT SESSIONS – Available every day apart from Thursday by appointment only.  I prefer studio – its better face to face and with a cuppa.  

TEACHER TRAINING MONTHLY CLASS.    Starts again soon.  I think we may do it zoom –  get back to me about this idea.

MT.MACEDON GALLERY –   Just go down the lane next door to the trading post – one of the very best coffees around.  This coming Sunday I will  be taking on more painted rocks large ones, paperweights, and I will be there to give you a guided tour.

ART ON PIPER – My artwork is there on a continuous basis, not just artwork that has been curated by a gallery committee, it will be art that is meaningful to me in the moment.  My art always has a message, and this allows me to express my message..  Including tarot sets, mini tarot sets, and my painted stone paperweights.
