This is a “CALL-OUT”.

A couple of weeks ago Fr.Richard during the “notices” at the end of the church service, suggested that there was a possibility of monies available for philanthropic purposes.  Never backward I approached his wife as she was leaving and suggested that yoga teaching to Windarring now that the NDIS has made this difficult,  might be a worthy recipient! I was so excited when the Ladies Guild approached me and said they would fund “one term and lets see what happens…”. Which they have done, and other donations as well.

This morning I went to personally thank the guild and was amazed to find it comprises three ladies and The Ministers Wife.  There they were knitting away.  They have a street stall and raise quite a lot, obviously enough to fund yoga when no-one else is interested.

I thought that maybe we could help – and by doing this you would be helping yoga and Windarring.  It is not as easy as it once was because of allergies, and insurance, but I am sure we could add our weight to these three ladies – enough to make a difference, especially as it will help yoga.  Can you knit, make jam, sew, crochet? If you can do anything saleable on a street stall, can you give your donations to me and I will pass them on.  There are now rules about jam, and food and I will find this out and let you know, hoping that you can help.

We can get together here at the studio for an hour or so, or you can join the ladies on Wednesday at 11am at Norma Richardson Hall next to St.Mary’s Anglican Church.  Every bit can help.  Please do take action.  Email me: yogafirst2@bigpond.com

Dear Yogis,

Another beautiful day, thank goodness we have had a little rain this week.  I even have a crop of strawberries trying to ripen…

Other things are ripening too.  I have been flagging that I will be launching my new tarot pack, taking an on-line course on tarot and spirituality, however, for various reasons (including  humanity’s vibrational changes which were foretold  to me by Dolores Cannon before she passed) my guides have let me know that this course would be better delivered on line as a Ebook.  Thank goodness we can do this.  A few of you reading this will think I may have crossed over to the “dark side”.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  The only “dark side” is fear itself.

My Angels, guide/guides also have assured me that it is possible for many people to connect with a guide and channel, and that channelling is a skill that could be learned given the desire and the intention to take this step.  I have been assured that I could teach you here in the studio, many people at once, but before we go there, I think an Ebook linked to my new, simplified tarot deck to prepare us all for the journey ahead is a good idea.   Learning to channel doesn’t take as long as you might think, and it is easier than you might think, but you have to trust.

I think that the E book and the new deck  will help you see ahead to the path we are going to take together, so I am bringing all my information together into the one place, and will invite you to join me on the journey.  It is not about just one thing.  Some of you will feel comfortable connecting using a tarot deck, some might doodle as Tyler Henry does, and some will go direct, there is no “wrong” there is only your way.  We will be using all these disciplines, and you can choose what is right for you.  It is all about strengthening your connection – God is always speaking to you… you just have to learn a way to listen and respond. Even Billy Graham wrote a book about Angels, and they are in the Bible (just in case this makes a difference to your understanding).

A couple of years ago I was told that “My gifts were not required” in the Anglican Church.  I thought this directive was both unchristian and foolish and I didn’t pay much attention, even though I had actually spoken to the Bishop in person who reiterated this view.  I did use every opportunity to show them that my skills whilst different to theirs,  did encourage folk to strengthen their spiritual life, and last year  I was invited back.  This connection has allowed me to be of service to many more people, and that is what it is all about.

We all have a job to serve our fellow man in whatever way, and using whatever gifts we have been given.  This way is my way.  If you want to join me please email and I will put you on the mailing list.  yogafirst2@bigpond.com

NAMASTE .  JAHNE

Dear Yogis,

This evening we are going to discuss THE SANGHA.  This is a “supporting community” of most kinds.  A yoga school, a monastery or ashram, even a service club (Rotary?).  In our town these communities are front and centre when it comes to times of hardship.  Dealing with housing, rent, food or even yoga classes when the money runs out.

I have been teaching Windarring for a few years now, but with the reduction of NDIS funding,  my classes were reduced, and then reduced again.  Not for any other reason than funding – the students were benefitting, and now they are in a no-mans land.  They want to do yoga, but the money to do it is not available.   They were abandoned.  But not for long.  I approached our local church, explained the situation and now they are funding me for yoga classes on a term by term classes, hoping that in the meanwhile someone else can take up the slack and she the financial load.

Maybe you can approach your local service clubs, or a financially able student to help you with funding.  Even one term is a help.  During that term another opportunity may arise.

On another matter.  The firm that installed my solar is Indian – Ozsolar.  They were so lovely to deal with (and sooo economical – $3,500 for a solar system that has taken me down to NIL electrical bill) .  They were interested in the yoga, and Jennifer my account manager went on holidays and brought back a number of pocket Bhagavadgita volumes to give out to my students.  Thanks Jennifer.

If you come for teacher training you may get one – if there are any left.

A NOTE ABOUT YOGA – Don’t forget.  If you are paying by the month or by the term, (as it says on the home page of yoga beautiful.com.au), and if you don’t come to class your seat is still booked, and you have to pay for that seat.  You can do a back-up class another day – but you are responsible for your attendance.  If a class does not take this view, and folk consistently stay away, and don’t pay for their “seat” I will cancel the class if the class is consistently almost empty due to other more pressing matters.  I am busy, I have tradesmen, and pressing matters, but I manage to come to class.  It is a choice.
