Dear Yogis,

Have been checking around to our yogis in Central Victoria – in the line of wild fires – and they seem to be safe and accounted for.  “Nothing can happen that is not the Will of God, Trust This” is where I live.  In the hand of God, although I have been checking in from time to time with my Guide Nadoyan, and he tells me I am safe, and you are safe at the moment.

TODAY IS TREACHEROUS, High temperature, dry, and we have a fire-bug in town!  We shall see.  Just because I have a guide, I still have my tiny bag packed behind the door, and am ready to go (computer, certificates, p.j’s – only a moving truck could take every little thing).  When my house burned down I had the bag organised, and I left it behind the door on the day – I was in a hurry.  This time, I just put it in the car, even if I am just going to the gallery or Gisborne.  Wild fire is just that – WILD.   I have a bolt hole organised, somewhere to go if we are evacuated (and it has happened before).  I couldn’t see the cat and I getting much rest in the car overnight.  Also, keep your phone and tech fully charged and petrol in your car.

NAMASTE – JAHNE

Dear Yogis,

Such a lovely overcast day.  Yesterday I was visited by a friend from The Dandenong Ranges – they had a severe storm last week, enough to call the SES.  We need one of those please, even a small one.

Here in the Macedon Ranges, it seems we have the usual FIREBUG on the mountain with two blazes lit over the weekend – one in Stanley Park and another close by (a dead giveaway).  We have had him on the Mount before  – I actually caught him in the act one year, a volunteer fireman, his wife had called him a coward.  He wanted to light a fire so he could show her he was up to the job! Thank goodness he had a time in goal – not long enough though.  Could be he’s at work again!  The police are on the job but it is not easy to catch fire-bugs, unless you are lucky enough to catch them in the act.

Today is beautifully overcast, cooler, and I am hoping for a shower, well, more than a shower if it can be arranged please.  A storm would be good.  A good drenching rain is needed at the moment, not just here but right across central Victoria.

TEACHER TRAINING YESTERDAY.  A tiny turn-up, but nevertheless, a great class.  We had fun, got through a lot of material, and managed to have time to harvest some apples and plums.  If you want tome, let me know, I have plenty.

NEW REVELATION TAROT – I am drawing a new tarot.  A black and white Deck.  Very modern very clean with a Palmistry-hand drawing on the back so if you want you can colour and frame it!

Dear Yogis,

Nothing and EVERYTHING to report.  Clients are moving to warmer climates, some to Europe, and some to America – we are staying right here on the basis that everything always changes, we don’t have to go out looking for change. I will just contemplate THE HERMIT, and do what I do best.

We have been having some great Monday evening classes.  Not packed with students I must say, but thrilling material – all from The Gita – and from life.  Where ever you read in the Gita you will find the yamas and yoga, and from that point of view it is not a mystery and there is always a starting point, even if the end takes a bit of getting to.  But we manage.

I look forward to see you sometime.  Don’t forget our Yoga Luncheon is on Saturday at 12noon at the “Full Moon Saloon” in Woodend.  You are all welcome.

NEXT STUDIO TEACHER TRAINING Sunday 25th February at 2.30.  Please come.
